Once you do decide that you would like to sell, we help with ideas of what steps need to be taken in order to get the property on the market, if staging, or fixes are needed, and we draft and prepare all of the listing paperwork.
Once on market, showings will occur, feedback will be gone through and adjustments will be made if necessary, but usually and hopefully this is taken care of before the property has been listed to avoid a long listing period. This is very important in the listing process. If properties are not shown in their best light from the beginning, this could cause buyers who would have been interested in buying the properties to never look at the property again, even if a price drop has occurred.
