Executive Realty

3800 American Blvd W #1500 Bloomington, MN 55431

Molly started her career in real estate in 2019 (just as long as Covid has been around) and joined the team at Executive Realty in 2021. Molly passion and drive is prevalent in the work she does, putting her clients’ needs first and always getting the results she promises. Molly loves touring houses with clients, and she knows how to help them envision their lives in their new home. She knows her client has found their dream home when they can imagine hosting family and friends over for Holidays. Molly and Steve bring the spark into Executive Realty, working as a team to provide you with the best real estate services you could ask for!

Molly enjoys quality time with her family, often finding herself at a golf course trying to improve her skills! She enjoys organizing, and loves making sure that everything has a place and a category to fit into. Molly, Steve, and their son love exploring all the different lakes and rivers in Minnesota, the pumpkin patches and apple picking in the fall. No matter where they find themselves, they can’t resist taking a peek at the real estate around the area to compare all the characteristics of homes in different towns, cities and even states.

Molly thinks that fall is the best season, from the fun fall activities to the cute baked treats she can bring to life, nothing beats it! Her birthday is also in fall so she might be a bit biased, but we’ll let it go...

Testimonials

Phil and Molly made our home buying experience as stress free as it can be in today's market. We looked at over a dozen homes and made numerous offers. Their calm, collected manner was the rudder keeping our ship straight in this crazy process. I can't speak highly enough of Phil and his team and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. -Sam Holtberg
